RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Itapemirim Transportes Aéreos on Friday announced that it has temporarily suspended its operations in Brazil. In the statement, the company said the decision was taken to undergo internal restructuring.
The decision caused outrage among the company's passengers: on Friday, flights were canceled when the aircraft was preparing for takeoff.
At the Guarulhos airport (SP), about 100 company customers were unable to proceed with their trips.
