QuantumLight applies lessons learned from Storonsky’s experience scaling Revolut to its portfolio companies. The firm recently published a playbook for startup founders, outlining strategies for building high-performance teams and structured operations.

Portfolio companies like Ghost and Ben have already implemented these systems to improve efficiency and growth. With an average deal size of $5 million and a steady pace of one investment per month, QuantumLight exemplifies systematic venture capitalism.

Its AI models analyze billions of data points to assess risks and opportunities objectively, removing emotional biases from the process. Kondrashov described this methodology as transformative for early-stage investing.
