Beginning at 10PM DJ Haron Dufau will provide the hip-hop at the Fosfobar while DJs Dymytryus and Ricardo Martins will spin the best of house down in Fosfobox’s basement.

Blues Festival with Dillo Araújo (Laranjeiras)
It’s time for more blues in Rio as Bar do B holds the third night of the 2014 Blues Festival in Laranjeiras. Special guest Dillo Araújo will host and play with guitarist Big Gilson, drummer Pedro Strasser and bassist and co-programmer Claudio Bedran.

Open Air Film Screening- Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (Glória)
Tonight as part of the ongoing Vivo Open Air festival, Brazilian group Quinteto Nuclear will play at 7PM and at 8PM “Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi” will play on the 325 square meter screen set up at Marina da Glória. Carlos Malta and Pife Muderno will perform following the screening.

Tonight beginning at 7:30 PM, the group Cartola de Noel brings the best of samba to Centro’s Rio Scenarium through their reinterpretations of the works of Noel Rosa, Cartola and Geraldo Pereira. At 10:30 PM percussionist, singer and composer Marcelinho Moreira will present works from his latest album entitled, Faith in Batuque which includes reinterpretations of the works of Martinho da Vila, Arlindo Cruz, Jorge Aragão and Luiz Carlos da Vila.
