Sunday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Gustavo Tatá and Polly Simões invite you to the event that was missing from your Sunday! Splash arrives at Leme beach and brings together the perfect combination of of beach, sun, ocean, beautiful people, music, drinking and dancing.
From daytime to sunset, enjoy sushi, easy parking, delicious drinks (with decent pricing), a swim in the ocean, lots of smiles, and a vibe of pure joy and Carnival bliss! DJs for the day are resident and local favorite Gustavo Tatá, playing his blend of funky tech house, disco and more.
Up next is D-Edge and Bootleg resident Marcio Careca, dropping a funky combo of house and tech house. Last but certainly not least is legendary DJ and producer DJ Meme, who has been producing tracks for many years with some of the most famous DJs in the world, including Frankie Knuckles and Larry Levan. Meme is one of Brazil’s shining international stars and it will be a great experience to see him in action. Not to be missed!

Bloco do Buxixo wil begin around 1PM until 4PM, stationed at the Praça Saens Peña in Tijuca and is estimated to bring out about 1000 samba crazed party goers.

This popular bloco has a beautiful route, with gorgeous views and an intense crowd, usually consisting of around 2000 people. The party goes from 4pm until 7PM.
