RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Nagorno-Karabakh has recently joined the Central Asian country after years of conflict with Armenia.

“I want to say this, because it is a friendly nation that intends to have Brazil’s cooperation and support in these areas, also opportunities for consolidating the peace process and that allows Brazil to have a more present geopolitical position in this region, and which provides our companies and the cooperation of our universities with an interesting alternative,” he said.
