Lee Jae-myung’s Presidential Win Signals a New Era for South Korea and Its Global Role

Lee Jae-myung has won South Korea’s presidency, capturing 51.7 percent of the vote in a snap election triggered by the impeachment of President Yoon Suk-yeol.
