Estéreo Picnic 2027 brings Travis Scott, Charli XCX and David Guetta to Bogotá from Friday 19 to Sunday 21 March. For US fans, the bill is full of American names, and three-day passes start at about US$401.
The festival revealed its line-up on Thursday 8 October, and tickets are sold online only through Ticketmaster Colombia. The official poster lists more than 70 acts, from US rap and British pop to Latin American rock and electronic music.
What Estéreo Picnic Is and Why It Matters
Estéreo Picnic is a large music festival in Bogotá that mixes pop, rap, rock and electronic music on several stages. Estéreo Picnic 2027 is the 16th edition, Noticias RCN and Vanguardia report, under the motto Un Mundo Distinto (A Different World).
The headliners are Travis Scott, the US rapper, Charli XCX, the British pop singer, and David Guetta, the French DJ and producer. Reggaeton star Arcángel, British electronic act The Prodigy and US metal band Avenged Sevenfold also sit near the top.
Other US acts on the poster include Khruangbin, The War on Drugs, Cage The Elephant, Leon Bridges and The Neighbourhood. Kasabian, RAYE, Lola Young and Four Tet add a sizeable British contingent.
Latin America has a big share of the bill, with Venezuelan band Rawayana and Argentine rapper Milo J among the main names. The official poster, also shown on Ticketmaster’s event page, runs to more than 70 acts in all.
Bogotá city hall expected more than 128,000 people at the 2025 edition, which ran over four days at the same park. Its economic development office projected more than 18,000 international visitors, a sign of the festival’s pull beyond Colombia.
Tickets, Prices and Sale Dates
Estéreo Picnic 2027 tickets are sold online only through Ticketmaster Colombia, which the festival’s official website links to for all ticket sales. Ticketmaster’s event page warns that it is not responsible for tickets bought anywhere else.
All Estéreo Picnic 2027 passes on sale so far are three-day combos covering Friday, Saturday and Sunday. General starts at COP 1,299,000 (about US$401), and General+ starts at COP 1,639,000 (about US$506).
General+ adds preferential entry and separate toilets, according to the festival’s guide to ticket zones. VIP starts at COP 3,489,000 (about US$1,078) and adds its own entry line, viewing areas at the main stages and exclusive bars.
Prices rise in stages, and the festival lists General at COP 1,699,000 (about US$525) in its fourth stage. Fans who bought before the line-up was announced paid COP 999,000 (about US$309) for General, Vanguardia reported.
A presale for clients of Grupo Aval, a Colombian banking group, opened on Thursday 8 October, Vanguardia reported. General sale was scheduled to start on Saturday 10 October at 10 a.m. Bogotá time.
Children aged seven and over can attend through Futuro Picnic, an alcohol-free zone for minors with access to the two biggest stages. Each minor needs at least one adult with a Futuro Picnic ticket, which starts at COP 1,089,000 (about US$336).
US dollar figures here use the rate of 3,237 Colombian pesos per dollar on Saturday 10 October 2026. Ticketmaster’s price table already includes its service charge, but a US card may add its own foreign transaction fees.
The Venue and How to Get There
Estéreo Picnic 2027 takes place at Parque Metropolitano Simón Bolívar, a large public park in Bogotá’s Teusaquillo district. IDRD, the city’s sports and recreation institute, puts its green space at about 910,000 square metres, or roughly 225 acres.
The park also holds a 10-hectare lake, a 37,000-square-metre events plaza and a 3.2-kilometre jogging track, according to IDRD. The institute lists public gates on Avenida Carrera 68, Calle 63, Carrera 60 and Carrera 53.
In 2025 the festival had five music stages in the park, plus food areas, rest zones and an entrepreneurs’ fair. Bogotá city hall described that layout when the 2025 edition opened on Thursday 27 March.
The US State Department advises against hailing taxis on the street in Colombia, suggesting a dispatch service or ride app instead. Agree on a pick-up point in advance, because tens of thousands of people leave the park each night.
In 2025, TransMilenio, Bogotá’s dedicated-lane bus network, pointed festival fans to Movistar Arena and Salitre – El Greco stations. Its main red buses ran until 11 p.m. that year, so plan the ride home before the last set.
Tips for US and Foreign Visitors
US citizens do not need a visa for tourist stays of 90 days or less, according to the US State Department. It recommends six months of passport validity, and Colombia may refuse entry without a return or onward ticket.
Before flying, travellers should fill in Check-Mig, Colombia’s free online migration form, between 72 hours and one hour before departure. The form sits on the website of Migración Colombia, the country’s immigration authority.
The State Department rates Colombia at Level 3, Reconsider Travel, but Bogotá is not among its Do Not Travel areas. Its wider safety advice warns about robberies, drugging and criminals who use dating apps to lure victims.
Keep phones, watches and jewellery out of sight on the way in and out, and never leave a drink unattended. The festival’s zone guide lists cashless top-up points inside the park, so a card without foreign transaction fees helps.
Beyond the Estéreo Picnic 2027 pass, budget for three nights of lodging, local transport, and food and drink inside the park. For 2025, Bogotá’s economic development office projected average spending of COP 1.7 million (about US$525) per festival tourist.

What Is Not Confirmed Yet
Organisers of Estéreo Picnic 2027 have not yet said which artists play on which day, and no set times are out. Gate opening hours for each of the three days have not been published either.
Only three-day passes are on sale so far, and single-day tickets have not been announced. Festival entrances and any special TransMilenio service for 2027 have not been announced either.
The festival has not said how long each price stage lasts or how many tickets each one holds. A cheaper stage can therefore end without warning, so the price on the day you buy may be higher.
Artist cancellations are always possible at a large festival months away, so check the official website before you travel. Buy only through Ticketmaster, since the seller does not stand behind tickets bought elsewhere.
