CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso play Santiago on Monday 23 November 2026 at the city’s big indoor arena. The show is part of the Free Spirits World Tour, named after the Argentine duo’s latest album.
Puntoticket, Chile’s ticket seller, lists seven price levels from about US$36 to US$102 with fees. This guide gives the schedule in US time, the prices and the details the ticket page leaves out.

In Plain English
CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso are an Argentine duo on a world tour. Their album Free Spirits lists Sting and Jack Black as guests on its songs “Hasta Jesus Tuvo Un Mal Dia” and “Goo Goo Ga Ga”.
Puntoticket is the Chilean company that sells tickets for the arena. LTS Servicios de Producción, a Chilean concert producer, is named in the ticket terms as the organiser of the show.
The arena stands inside Parque O’Higgins, a large public park in central Santiago. Banco Santander took over its name from Movistar, as our report on the Santander Arena naming deal explains.
Why This Concert Matters to US Readers
The Free Spirits album of CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso features guests known to US audiences, including Sting and Jack Black. Our CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso Play Lima on 27 November 2026 guide covers the Peruvian stop.
Santiago in late November is in the southern spring, with long evenings. A fan can see CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso and still be home before the Christmas rush.
The date is a Monday, which leaves the weekend on either side free for sightseeing. Check the start time on the Puntoticket page before you book hotels, because it lists 9 in the evening.
Prices are low by US standards, with the cheapest ticket near US$36 including fees. The most expensive seat costs about US$102.
Date, Time and US Eastern Schedule
The Puntoticket page lists the show on 23 November at 9 in the evening, and the year 2026 appears in the page title. A calendar check shows that 23 November 2026 is a Monday.
Santiago keeps summer time in November, which puts it two hours ahead of New York after US clocks went back on 1 November. A 9 in the evening start in Santiago is 7 in the evening in New York, 6 in Chicago and 4 in Los Angeles.
The ticket page gives no doors time, and the arena says it posts door times for each show on its official Instagram account. Plan to arrive early, because everyone passes a security check.
US Thanksgiving falls on Thursday 26 November, three days after the show. A traveler who wants to be home for the holiday should book a return flight for Tuesday or Wednesday.
Tickets and Prices in US$
The arena says official tickets come only from Puntoticket or its own box office on event days. It takes no responsibility for tickets bought on other sites.
The page shows the general sale as open and lists sales that began in March 2026, but it does not say how many tickets remain. The date of the show is more than three weeks away, which leaves time to buy.
Puntoticket adds a service fee of about 17.75% to each ticket, which we worked out from the listed fees. We use 984.9 Chilean pesos (CLP) per US dollar, the rate of 29 October 2026, and round to the dollar.
The cheapest places are the Tribuna and the reduced-mobility seats at CLP 30,000 (about US$30), or CLP 35,325 (about US$36) with the fee. The Platea Alta costs CLP 35,000 (about US$36), or CLP 41,213 (about US$42) with the fee.
The Cancha (standing floor) and the Platea Baja both cost CLP 55,000 (about US$56), or CLP 64,763 (about US$66) with the fee. The Platea Royal costs CLP 75,000 (about US$76), or CLP 88,313 (about US$90) with the fee.
The top seat, the Platea Zafiro, costs CLP 85,000 (about US$86), or CLP 100,088 (about US$102) with the fee. Puntoticket also sells 350 Free Spirits Ultimate VIP Packages, with a priority floor ticket, a poster, a towel, a shirt and early entry.
The VIP price appears only in an image on the page, so we cannot quote it. CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso tickets cannot be returned under the seller’s terms.
Each buyer can purchase up to six tickets in every sale phase. Children pay from age 2, and the page lists no age limit for CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso.
Puntoticket calls the reduced-mobility seats Universal Accessibility seating, meant for wheelchair users and people who need a seat because of their condition. They cost the same as the Tribuna.
Banco de Chile Presale and Discounts
Banco de Chile, a large Chilean bank, ran a presale from 24 March 2026 with a 20% discount on 3,600 tickets. The artist presale followed on 25 March, and the general sale began on 26 March.
These presales are over, and a visitor from abroad would not have a Banco de Chile card in any case. The discount never applied to the service fee, so the prices above are what a buyer of CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso tickets pays now.
How to Get to the Arena
The arena sits inside Parque O’Higgins, and its own site says the pedestrian entrance is through the Parque O’Higgins Metro stop or through Tupper Street. Cars may enter only with a parking ticket bought in advance through Puntoticket, by Viel Street or Tupper Street as the ticket says.
The arena calls its parking limited, so most visitors will do better on the Metro. The Metro de Santiago, the city’s subway, runs on weekdays from 6 in the morning to 11 at night.
On a Monday the fare after 8:45 in the evening is CLP 735 (about US$0.75), according to the Metro fare table. A show that starts at 9 may end close to the last trains, so plan a licensed taxi or ride-hailing car for the way back.
The arena’s page does not list drop-off points for taxis or buses. Agree on a meeting spot a few streets from the gate before the show, because thousands of fans leave at the same time.

Rules at the Door
The arena says every guest must show a ticket, on paper or on a phone, together with an identity card or a passport. A visitor from the United States should carry the passport or a clear copy.
Bottles, food and drinks, sharp objects, umbrellas, professional cameras and banners on sticks are not allowed. Everyone passes a security check with a metal detector, and smoking and vaping are banned inside.
Most tickets are electronic, and a lost ticket can be downloaded again from Puntoticket. The arena cannot reissue a ticket, so keep your account details with you.
Bars and food stands operate inside the venue. Some stands have free Wi-Fi, and the arena has first-aid teams and security staff at help points.
What It Means for You
For a US fan, CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso in Santiago is a full arena show at a modest price. You can pay by card, and your bank converts pesos to dollars at its own rate.
The main cost is the flight, and we found no confirmed hotel or flight prices, so we quote none. Our Santiago expat guide covers neighborhoods and transport.
Safety and Tips for US Visitors
The US State Department, Washington’s foreign ministry, says US citizens on a tourist passport need no visa for stays of 90 days or fewer. You receive a Tourist Card on arrival, and your passport must be valid for the whole stay with at least one blank page.
The State Department tells travelers to exercise increased caution in Chile because of crime and civil unrest. It says muggings and pickpocketing are common, and that violent crime is increasing.
The same page warns that large demonstrations occur in Santiago and can start with little notice, disrupting buses and the Metro. It advises against unmetered taxis, so book a ride through an app or your hotel.
At a crowded arena night, keep your phone out of sight and carry only one card and your ticket. Never leave a drink unattended.
The US Embassy is at Avenida Andrés Bello 2800, Las Condes, and its main phone is +56 2 2330 3000. Save the number before you fly, and report crimes to the local police on 133.

What Is Not Known
The Puntoticket page for CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso confirms the date, start time, the venue name, the producer, the sectors and the prices. It gives no doors time, show length, opening act, age rule or VIP price, and it does not say how many tickets remain.
The ticket page still calls the venue Movistar Arena, while the Puntoticket home page lists the show at Santander Arena. The arena’s calendar did not list this night on 29 October, and the artists’ tour page did not load, so Puntoticket is our only source.
We will refresh this CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso guide if the date, the prices or the venue change. Check the Puntoticket page before you buy, because stock in the best sectors can change by the hour.
