Brazil’s SalesFarm is worth US$7.5 million after partnering with accelerator
RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – SalesFarm, a platform for outsourcing commercial teams, announced a partnership with 300 Franchising, a franchising accelerator. With an investment of R$6 (US$1.12) million from the accelerator, the platform now has a market value of R$40 million, a key step to quadruple the company’s size this year.
Joint operations will begin in the first half of 2022.

Founded in 2020 by entrepreneurs Fábio Oliveira and Gustavo Motta, SalesFarm is a Sales as a Service platform, and closed 2021 with twice the revenue compared to the year before, offering a complete tool for training salespeople.
In light of this, now all the technology involved in sales training will be shared with 300 Franchising, a franchise accelerator founded by brothers Leandro and Leonardo Castelo. The accelerator was founded in 2019 to boost the franchise sales area and adds equity participation in 85 ventures and over 5,000 units opened throughout the country.
With an investment of R$6 million by the accelerator, SalesFarm is advancing towards the materialization of its growth project in 2022. According to SalesFarm CEO and founder Fábio Oliveira, the partnership with the franchise accelerator is a sign that the company is on the right track and aligned with the market’s desires.
In October 2021, SalesFarm announced the acquisition of the Sales Institute, a school that offers training and qualification for salespeople and sales teams. The Institute’s purchase was key to improve the training of its sales partners to meet the growing demand for commercial teams working from home office.
Thus, SalesFarm’s first M&A was essential to establish a partnership with 300 Franchising. As of April 2022, SalesFarm will be responsible for a series of commercial operations of the accelerator partners. The first 5 franchises managed by SalesFarm have been defined: Mr Smart, Melten, Nails2You, Frango no Pote and Ortodoctor.
“The acquisition of the Sales Institute paved the way for our expansion plan. The investment by 300 Franchising assures us that we have chosen the right strategy, and now our challenge is to increase the team and improve our platform,” Fábio says.
