eCare offers low-cost emotional health treatments in Brazil
RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – According to an Ipsos survey, 53% of Brazilians stated that their mental health has worsened somewhat or greatly in the past year, especially after the pandemic.
With this in mind, eCare, a network of psychological and psychiatric clinics, is launching eCare Life, which will offer emotional health treatments to the Brazilian population in a humanized approach, supported by technological resources, telemedicine and a differentiated experience.

“Our goal is to serve the largest number of people who are unable to access effective treatment for their emotional health. Therefore, this launch is of total importance, particularly given the crisis we are still experiencing,” says eCare Group CMO Marco Túlio Carvalho.
By joining eClub Life, each member will have access to the Digital Caregiver, a digital interaction platform through ChatBot that enables remote clinical monitoring; sending and receiving notifications; scheduling; confirmations of appointments and sharing of information related to treatment, in addition to the Academy of Mind, which provides a range of information through trails and content with technical and medical guidance, offering autonomy to the patient, connecting care and working preventively to address emotional health.
eClub Life will initially target 500,000 people in all Brazilian states, with in-person or telemedicine psychiatric consultations and psychotherapy sessions at affordable prices.
“We want the number of consultations to be even higher and other products within the program to be launched to help keep wellness and mental health up to date,” Marco Túlio says.
