Some of Brazil's most luxurious properties are located in São Paulo. Many are located close to the city's main clubs and parks.
They are disputed superstructures in which the square meter can reach the value of R$70,000 (US$13,145).
That is what a survey by the real estate boutique MBRAS points out.
The scarcity of such structures in these areas contributes to the high price . . .
