RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Paraguayan President, Mario Abdo Benítez, signed Decree No. 6972, authorizing the Ministry of Finance to modify the estimated income in the 2022 budget of the Polytechnic University Taiwan-Paraguay (UPTP) for PYG 458,368,007 (US$67,000). The money is basically for the payment of current expenses, maintenance, food expenses, and purchase of supplies. The budget of the Taiwan University Paraguay is PYG 6.6 billion for this year . . .
