CECI will hold technical training courses and seminars exclusively for UPTP students in civil, industrial, computer and electromechanical engineering, and will also facilitate internships.

During the signing ceremony, Taiwan Tech rector Jia-Yush Yen emphasized that through the UPTP, Taiwan will share its technical and vocational education model with the world, “in the hope that students will promote the economic and social development of their country upon completion of their university studies.”

In addition to Yen, the event was attended by CECI president Yung-Hui Chou, Taiwan’s Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexander Tah-ray Yui, and the Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Paraguay in Taiwan Carlos Pintos, as well as UPTP students.
