Uruguay’s agreement with Pfizer: the COVID vaccine will be annual

The Uruguayan government confirmed an agreement with the laboratory Pfizer "to have 3,700,000 doses for all Uruguayans by 2022" to carry out the annual revaccination. The government urged everyone to get the third dose due to omicron.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In Uruguay, there will be annual revaccination against Covid-19, and "it is already foreseen that throughout the year vaccines will be arriving" from the Pfizer laboratory, announced the secretary of the Uruguayan presidency, Álvaro Delgado.
