Brazil forms international alliance against organized crime in the Southern Cone

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - A plan prepared by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP), presented today by Minister Anderson Torres and Paraguayan authorities, aims to intensify the fight against organized crime in South America.
