Six Invitational 2027 Finals Hit São Paulo on 12 February

The world championship of Rainbow Six Siege returns to São Paulo in February 2027. Tickets for its three live-audience days are on sale now.

The Six Invitational 2027, the world championship of the video game Rainbow Six Siege, comes to São Paulo in February. Its last three days, from Friday, 12 February 2027, through that Sunday, are played in front of a paying crowd.

Ubisoft, the French publisher that makes the game, puts the prize pool at US$3 million and sells tickets through Eventim. Day tickets cost about US$8 to US$10, and US fans can also watch free streams on Twitch and YouTube.

What the Six Invitational Is and Why It Matters

Rainbow Six Siege is a team-based tactical shooter in which squads of five attack or defend a building. Ubisoft runs the professional circuit as R6 Esports and calls the Six Invitational the biggest event on its calendar.

Twenty teams will compete, and only FaZe Clan, a US brand with a Brazilian squad, had qualified by the ticket launch. FaZe earned its place by winning the 2026 Esports World Cup title, Ubisoft said.

Ubisoft calls FaZe the “home giants” of the São Paulo event, after its wins at the 2025 and 2026 editions. The team is now chasing what the organiser calls a possible three-peat.

The other places go to the top 14 teams in the Global Points Standings and five regional qualifier winners. Groups of five play a round robin, and 16 teams move on to a double-elimination playoff bracket.

Only the last six teams play in front of the crowd, with best-of-three matches and a best-of-five grand final. Ubisoft’s announcement gives the whole event as running from 1 to 14 February 2027.

Ubisoft describes the 2027 edition as a return to São Paulo for the tournament. It announced the venue and opened ticket sales on Tuesday, 22 September 2026.

The Venue and How to Get There

Suhai Music Hall stands inside the Shopping SP Market mall in Jurubatuba, in São Paulo’s South Zone. Eventim lists its address as Avenida das Nações Unidas 22540 for all three ticketed days.

The venue says the hall holds more than 9,000 people and is fully air-conditioned. The mall has more than 3,000 parking spaces with direct access to the hall, the venue adds.

Jurubatuba station, on commuter rail Line 9-Esmeralda, lies about 150 steps from the hall’s door, the venue says. Visitors may not stay inside the mall or its car park outside opening hours, so the venue advises against camping before shows.

Flights from the United States usually land at São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport, northeast of the city centre. The venue lies on the opposite, southern side of the city, so allow plenty of time for traffic.

Tickets, Prices and Age Rules

Eventim is the official seller for every ticket type. Ubisoft scheduled the general sale to open on Friday, 2 October 2026, and to run while tickets remain.

Ubisoft’s 22 September announcement lists the following general-sale prices, with the 15% service fee included. Amounts are in Brazilian reais, converted at BRL 5.04 per US dollar, the open.er-api.com rate of 15 October 2026.

• One-day ticket for Friday, 12 February 2027: BRL 45 (about US$9)
• One-day ticket for Saturday, 13 February 2027, or Sunday, 14 February 2027: BRL 50 (about US$10)
• Three-day pass, balcony: BRL 110 (about US$22)
• Three-day pass, ground floor: BRL 140 (about US$28)
• Elite three-day package: BRL 700 (about US$139)

Early-bird prices from 22 September were lower, from BRL 40 (about US$8) for the Friday to BRL 600 (about US$119) for Elite. On 15 October, Eventim’s campaign page still showed early-bird figures for most categories, so check the final price at checkout.

The Elite package adds early entry, an exclusive seating area, a merchandise kit and an official credential. All categories are unreserved general admission, and each buyer may purchase up to eight tickets.

Half-price tickets, called meia-entrada, are for groups set by Brazilian law, such as students, who must show proof at entry. Eventim publishes the eligibility rules on its meia-entrada help page.

The event carries an 18 age rating, and nobody aged 15 or under is admitted. Fans aged 16 or 17 must come with a parent, guardian or authorised adult and bring a notarised written authorisation.

Every visitor needs official photo ID showing a date of birth, so US fans should bring their passport. Resale tickets on social media may be fake, and Eventim says it is not responsible for unofficial sales.

Schedule and How to Watch in the US

Eventim lists start times of 10:15 a.m. on Friday, 12:15 p.m. on Saturday and 1:15 p.m. on Sunday, São Paulo time. Gates open 45 minutes earlier, and Elite holders may enter 75 minutes before the start.

Brazil does not use daylight saving time, and in February São Paulo runs two hours ahead of US Eastern time. That puts the starts at 8:15 a.m., 10:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. Eastern on the three days.

Ubisoft points fans to the official R6 Esports channels on Twitch, at twitch.tv/rainbow6, and on YouTube. Both platforms stream free of charge, so US fans need no cable or sports subscription.

Ubisoft’s own announcement printed some of the later times with errors, such as 12:15 AM for the Saturday. The Eventim listings, which show 12:15 and 13:15 on the 24-hour clock, are the clearer guide.

Tips for US and Foreign Visitors

US citizens need a visa to enter Brazil for any purpose, the State Department says, and approval must come before departure. Brazil’s consulates offer an e-visa, and the passport must be valid on the date of entry with one blank page.

The department rates Brazil at Level 2, Exercise Increased Caution, and warns that violent crime can strike cities day and night. It advises against displaying wealth and against resisting a robbery attempt.

For transport, it tells visitors to avoid municipal buses at any time of day, and especially at night. It suggests rideshare apps with traceable trips, or marked taxis called by hotel staff.

The department also warns of the widespread use of sedatives to drug and rob people in Brazil. Watch your drinks, and do not accept food or drinks from strangers at the venue or in nearby bars.

Carnival ends on Tuesday, 9 February 2027, three days before the first ticketed session in São Paulo. Flights and hotels around Carnival tend to cost more, so book early if you plan to combine both.

February is summer in São Paulo, when hot days often end in heavy afternoon storms. The sessions are indoors, but plan the trip to and from the hall around the weather.

What It Means for You

For a US fan of Rainbow Six Siege, São Paulo offers the world championship finals with day tickets at US$8 to US$10. The morning Eastern start times also make the matches easy to follow live from home.

Expats in São Paulo can reach the hall by commuter train and skip the worst of the traffic. Buying only through Eventim and carrying a passport or Brazilian ID avoids the most common entry problems.

What Is Not Known

Ubisoft has not yet named 19 of the 20 teams, so it is unknown which six will play before the crowd. The daily match order for 12 to 14 February has also not been published.

Eventim lists a second sale with details still to come, and current stock in each category is not public. Ubisoft says cosplay guidelines will follow later, and the venue for the earlier rounds is not confirmed.

The remaining places will be settled through the Global Points Standings and the regional qualifiers by the end of the season. The group draw and full schedule have not been announced, so check R6 Esports and Eventim for updates.
