Tonight in Morro do Cantagalo, Gilda no Cantagalo will host a special holiday-themed edition of Jazz no Morro.
The Abel Ribeiro trio will perform the best of classic jazz and modern reinterpretations during the night and during show intervals, and there will be Brazilian music and the best of pop.
During the night, there will be special deals for couples and for singles in search of love including a promotion of one bottle of Chandon Rosé at a 20% discount that comes with a special holiday kit with surprises.
Make sure to arrive early to catch a beautiful view of the sun setting over the city.

Baile dos Namorados with Reconquista (Botafogo)
Tonight Audio Rebel in Botafogo will celebrate Dia dos Namorados by hosting Baile dos Namorados with Reconquista. The musicians of Reconquista are known for preforming Portuguese versions of American standards, Italian music, French song and rock hits produced between in the 50s, 60s, and 70s.

Funk ‘In (Lapa)
Teatro Odisséia in Lapa will host a special Dia dos Namorados edition of the Funk ‘In party with Consciencia performing live and DJ Flash spinning during the night. Admission will be free throughout the night.

The Praça event returns to Circo Voador tonight with the group Comanches launching their album Sambas Elétricos live, the Baile Convulsão, Haicu, Acrobacia Aérea As Voadoras (flying acrobats), and the OBSS – Original Black Sound System with DJ Juelz and Marcelo Natty spinning live. There will also be vendors and exhibitions.

The twelve-hour Duo party returns to Gávea’s chic 00 (Zero Zero) club tonight with a special Dia dos Namorados edition. Bia Sabino, Letícia Belucio, Paula Pedroza, and Projeto Bliss will spin and perform on the deck beginning at 5PM to start the night and beginning at 11PM, Andressa Fleming and Ale Vidal will follow, spinning inside until 5AM Monday morning.

Tonight Cabaret Lounge in Botafogo will host Samba do Humaitá, Samba do Amor edition. The group Doce Veneno will perform the best of samba and retro pagode live and DJ Haron Dufau will spin the best of classic fun, house, hip hop, pop, sertanejo and more during the night.

Sundays are all about samba and soccer at Lapa’s Leviano bar. Every week beginning at 5PM the venue plays live games on their screens with samba dancers following the matches and the group Samba Di Buteco playing classics of the genre, including works by Arlindo Cruz, Zeca Pagodinho and João Nogueira, among others. Additionally, DJ Mukato will spin during show intervals.
