Cyrela’s Strategic Growth
The company shifted its product mix toward premium offerings, with high-end developments comprising 55% of total sales in 2024, up from 48% in 2023. Affordable housing under the Minha Casa Minha Vida program accounted for 20% of sales.
“Despite unfavorable macroeconomic conditions, the company demonstrated growth in launches, resilience in sales and margins, and positive cash generation,” Cyrela stated in its report to Brazilian regulators.
Market analysts from BTG Pactual described Cyrela’s results as “stellar,” attributing the strong performance to impeccable operations and attractive valuation. The company’s ability to thrive despite sector headwinds positions it as a leader in Brazil’s competitive real estate market for 2025.
