China introduces “neurostrike” weapons: advanced directed energy sources pose new threat to global security

China has disclosed the development of advanced directed energy weaponry, capable of potentially interfering with neural functioning, which could impact individuals or larger populations.

Based on a report from the Washington Times, a 12-page national study describes these novel 'neurostrike' weapons, enabling China to potentially enhance its global standing.

The report suggests that China's People's Liberation Army is working on advanced weapons.
