RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Uruguay and Colombia "signed the agreement to Avoid Double Taxation and Prevent Tax Evasion, which will constitute an important legal tool to attract investments and deepen bilateral trade, whose exchange of goods exceeded US$ 140 million during 2020", the Uruguayan Foreign Ministry indicated in a press release.
