Panama Airport restarts operations after severe electrical storm

The Tocumen international airport, the largest in Panama and the largest node of air connections in Latin America, restarted its operations, suspended for almost three hours due to an electrical storm and the prevailing bad weather.

"Because the weather conditions are suitable for the arrival and takeoff of aircraft, Tocumen announces the restart of all its operations," the airport also known as the Hub of the Americas reported on its Twitter social network account.
