Cholera kills two people in northern Mozambique

On Tuesday, September 27, Health authorities announced that two people have died and ten others have been hospitalized due to an outbreak of cholera in the district of Lago, Niassa, in northern Mozambique.

The victims who died arrived at the treatment center of Cóbue, transferred from the village of Ngofi, with acute diarrhea and vomiting, according to the chief medical officer of Niassa province, Narciso Rondinho, quoted by the daily newspaper Notícias . . .
