Brazilian comedians and journalist Eustáquio denounce censorship czar Moraes at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights

The comedians Paulo Victor Souza and Bismark Fogazza, from the channel Hipócritas, and the journalist Oswaldo Eustáquio denounced the minister Alexandre de Moraes, president of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.

They accuse the magistrate of violating "the rights of freedom of expression" in the country, with "several temporary arrests illegally decreed".

In the suit, Souza, Fogazza, and Eustaquio also denounce the application of "disproportionate fines" to Brazilians without due process of law.

In a section of the document, the plaintiffs allege that Moraes acts to favor himself.
