The Mato Grosso Fire Department reported the plane was taking off when it struck the runway.
Then it crashed into a building and exploded. Firefighters quickly controlled the blaze.
Two agricultural producers survived and were airlifted to a hospital. By the next morning, their condition stabilized.
The deceased were Juan José Jaramillo and pilot Fernando Kawahata Barreto. Jaramillo was a construction worker at the site hit by the plane.
Authorities moved the bodies for forensic analysis. Local police and a regional aeronautical investigation service are probing the incident.
