The Chinese Communist Party is building a port in Tierra del Fuego with the complicity of Kirchnerism
Not content with the “space base” that was built in Loncopué, Neuquén, where residents, journalists, civil organizations and even the United States government have denounced a military presence, now the Chinese communist regime is advancing with the construction of a port on Tierra del Fuego.
Thanks to a decree signed by the Kirchnerist governor Gustavo Melella, the Chinese state company Shaanxi Chemical Industry Group obtained unprecedented authorization to create a massive “multipurpose port” in the town of Río Grande, where it will also install a chemical plant and a power plant, creating a massive industrial and commercial complex that will become de facto Chinese territory within Argentina.
HydroChina Corp, another consolidated group belonging to the Chinese Communist Party that has already built ports in other countries around the world with the same modus operandi, will also participate in the construction of the port.

China builds massive ports in poor countries in Asia and Africa, where they end up preying on the local economy.
People from these countries, such as Uganda or the Philippines, have denounced that the communist regime sends Chinese nationals to work in these ports and does not even hire locals, the only aspect that would seem positive in allowing construction that will hand over a region of your country to the Chinese Communist Party.
In recent years, China has even managed to install ports built and operated by state-owned companies in wealthier countries, such as the port of Haifa in Israel, the port of Hamburg in Germany and the port of Piraeus in Greece.
In the case of Argentina, what China seeks is to build a naval base with a dock and access to the sea in the South Atlantic.
This will allow Beijing to provide assistance to illegal fishing boats that prey on the Argentine sea, in addition to having a gateway to Antarctica and monitoring the passage between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
This is not a small thing, and for example, the United Kingdom has stolen the Malvinas Islands from Argentina with exactly the same objective with which China seeks to settle in the area today, but with a more stealthy strategy, which does not raise alarms in the general population.
The document granting sovereignty to China was signed on December 7 by the provincial governor Gustavo Melella, who is one of the biggest allies of the Chinese Communist Party in the country.
Surprisingly, he did not mention the signature in his official accounts, despite the fact that he usually communicates each of his steps, knowing that the decision would not go down well with his voters.
Now it will be the Fuegian Legislature that must ratify the political decision of the leader of the Frente de Todos.
According to the provincial memorandum, China Shaanxi Chemical Industry Group will commit to “constructing a project with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 900,000 tonnes of urea and 100,000 tonnes of glyphosate.”
That is why the regime will focus particularly on building “a multipurpose port terminal with an internal enclosure that allows the mooring of 20,000-tonne vessels.”
It is striking that a new port is being promoted in Río Grande, taking into account that there is already one in the private sector -with Argentine capital and foreign financing- underway.
“Making a port in Tierra del Fuego is not profitable. There is no volume, there is no scale, nor is there a probability of making an investment that justifies it,” a source with knowledge of the business told Infobae.
“Chinese representatives never want to make money. They always have a political objective,” he concluded.
Despite the fact that Usuhaia is the base city for transportation to the South Pole and acts as the channel for any other nation that wants to have access to this part of the Atlantic, Beijing is determined to have an increasing presence in the region, and desperately needs a port that it can completely control, and Argentina, a failed State and with a completely corrupt and submissive ruling class, is willing to give it away with a bow.
