Kazakh vocalist Dimash Qudaibergen comes to Lima for his first Peru concert, after November shows in Mexico, Colombia and Chile.

The Dimash Lima concert brings the Kazakh singer to Multiespacio Costa 21 on Tuesday 1 December 2026, his first show in Peru. Teleticket, the official seller, listed regular tickets from about US$49 to US$201 on Wednesday 7 October.

For US visitors, the show falls in Lima’s early summer and at the same clock time as New York. The venue sits on the Costa Verde, the beach road below Lima’s cliffs, where Peru’s navy has warned of few exit routes.

Who Dimash Is and Why the Lima Date Matters

Dimash Qudaibergen is a singer from Kazakhstan, the Central Asian country between Russia and China. RPP, the Peruvian broadcaster, says he became known abroad through the Chinese television contest Singer 2017.

His shows mix classical, operatic and pop styles across a very wide vocal range. RPP singles out his version of “Diva Dance” from the film The Fifth Element as a signature performance.

The Astana Times, a Kazakh English-language paper, says he drew 15,000 people to a sold-out Mexico City show in October 2025. The paper describes a growing following across Asia, Europe and Latin America.

His official news site, DimashNews, lists DiMENSIONS dates in Mérida, Monterrey and Guadalajara between 11 and 17 November. Mexico City follows on 19 and 20 November, then Bogotá on 22 November and Santiago de Chile on 24 November.

Lima on 1 December is the last date on that list. The Dimash Lima concert is therefore the closing night of this Latin American run as published so far.

Teleticket names Artist Enjoy SAC, a Peruvian company, as the organiser. RPP and the Lima daily Expreso credit the production to Showbizz, with RPP as the official radio partner.

Costa 21, the Seafront Venue in San Miguel

Multiespacio Costa 21 stands on the Costa Verde, Lima’s seafront highway, in the San Miguel district. Teleticket gives its address as Costa Verde s/n, meaning the site has no street number.

San Miguel lies on the coast between Miraflores, where many visitors stay, and Callao, home of Jorge Chávez International Airport. Plan on a car, a booked taxi or a ride-hailing app rather than public transport.

The venue is busy this season, according to Teleticket’s calendar. Its other Costa 21 shows include Jesse & Joy on 31 October, María Becerra on 4 November and Bunbury on 7 November.

The site has also drawn official scrutiny. In May, the navy’s port captain in Callao said it had not authorised building Costa 21 or neighbouring Arena 1, Panamericana reported.

He warned that the strip below the cliffs has few access routes for an evacuation. San Miguel’s municipal manager rejected the criticism and said the land had been prepared to technical standards.

After a Robbie Williams show on Wednesday 23 September, San Miguel temporarily closed Arena 1 Park, citing failed evacuation protocols. His second show was called off, and RPP’s report on the closure did not mention Costa 21.

Dimash Lima Concert Tickets and Entry Rules

Teleticket is the seller linked from Dimash’s official schedule and named by RPP and Expreso. Its sales page says entry requires a ticket or e-ticket.

A BBVA card presale on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 August offered 6,082 tickets at up to 15% off. Regular sales began on Saturday 29 August and run until the day of the show, while stocks last.

Teleticket lists these regular prices, which include its service charge:

  • Dimensions, the top-priced zone: S/690 (about US$201).
  • Platinum, numbered places: S/550 (about US$160).
  • VIP, numbered places: S/350 (about US$102).
  • Tribuna Preferencial, the stand: S/170 (about US$49).

Conversions use the banking-system selling rate of S/3.435 per US dollar for 5 October 2026, published by the BCRP, Peru’s central bank. The top zone therefore costs about four times the cheapest one.

Each buyer may purchase up to 10 tickets. E-tickets can be downloaded from two days before the show, which means from Sunday 29 November.

The concert is open to all ages, but every minor needs a ticket in the same sector as the accompanying adult. Staff may ask both for identity documents, so foreign visitors should carry a passport.

Teleticket says re-entry is not allowed once you are inside. Late entry is subject to the organiser’s and the venue’s rules.

Tips for US and Foreign Visitors

US citizens do not need a visa for tourist stays of less than 90 days, according to the US State Department. Passports must be valid for six months on arrival and have one blank page.

Peruvian border officials decide the approved length of stay at entry. Cash above US$10,000 must be declared, and the department gives US$30,000 as the entry limit.

The State Department rates Peru at Level 2, Exercise Increased Caution, in an advisory issued on 4 September 2026. Its Do Not Travel zones are remote border and interior areas, not Lima.

The advisory warns that crime is common in Peru and that theft, muggings and assaults often happen even in daylight. Keep phones and cash out of sight around the venue gates.

For the trip to Costa 21, the department advises using app-based taxis, phoning a taxi or using a hotel car. It warns against hailing unknown taxis on the street.

Agree a pickup point with your driver before the show ends. At Jorge Chávez airport, authorised taxi booths charge a flat rate, the department says.

Peru does not use daylight saving time, so Lima runs five hours behind GMT all year. In December that matches New York, which returns to standard time on Sunday 1 November.

What It Means for You

If you live in Lima, this is the first chance to see Dimash without leaving Peru. For visitors, a Tuesday show means planning at least one night in the city before and after.

Buy only through Teleticket and treat resale offers on social media with suspicion. Entry requires a valid ticket or e-ticket, and Teleticket is the seller linked from the artist’s official schedule.

Follow the venue question in the final weeks. If Costa 21 faced action like Arena 1 did, the organiser would have to move or reschedule the show.

What Is Not Known

No support act, doors time, set list or venue capacity has been published for the Dimash Lima concert. The sales page does not show how many tickets remain in each zone.

It is not known whether the navy’s May objections to the seafront permits have been resolved. The sales page also does not spell out refund terms if the date or venue changes.

What Comes Next

Dimash plays Santiago de Chile on 24 November, a week before Lima, according to his official schedule. E-tickets for Lima open for download on Sunday 29 November.

The September closure of Arena 1 does not mean Costa 21 will close. It does mean checking Teleticket and the organiser’s channels before you travel.
