On Tuesday, Lavvi, a Brazilian heavyweight in the construction and real estate sectors, unveiled a stunning operational update for Q2 2024.
The report reveals unmatched growth in Lavvi’s sales value, branding this period as its most successful semester ever.
In Q2 alone, Lavvi‘s total sales value (VGV) climbed to R$1.027 billion ($188.0 million), a sharp 16% increase from the previous year.
This surge set the stage for an even more remarkable semester, with a total VGV reaching a record R$1.847 billion ($338.9 million)—a 40% jump year-over-year.
Quarterly sales echoed this growth, hitting R$721.7 million ($132.4 million) and marking a 49% increase from Q2 2023.
Over six months, sales skyrocketed to R$1.5 billion ($275.2 million), doubling last year’s figures, an impressive leap of 112%.
Lavvi’s Impressive Project Portfolio Expansion
Lavvi didn’t just excel in sales; it also expanded its project portfolio. The launch of the Palace by Praças da Cidade marked the fifth development phase on the historic Brás site.
Comprising 213 units with floor plans ranging from 86 to 164 square meters, Palace wrapped up the quarter with 48% of its VGV sold.
Additionally, Lavvi rolled out Escape Eden, the final touch to the Eden project, in collaboration with Cyrela.
With a potential VGV of R$316 million ($57.9 million), Escape Eden offers diverse living spaces, ranging from 26 to 183 square meters. By quarter’s end, 44% of these homes were claimed by buyers.
Significantly, the entire Eden project has now sold 78% of its total VGV as of Q2 2024. This milestone underscores Lavvi’s strong market presence and its pivotal role in shaping urban landscapes.
By consistently delivering high-end, versatile living solutions, Lavvi drives industry standards higher. The company also crafts the backdrops for countless personal stories and community developments.
