Fewer Argentines and Brazilians to visit Uruguay this season, compared to pre-pandemic?

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Center for Economic Research (CINVE) stated that "behavior of the tourism services sector in Uruguay has been significantly affected by the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, with the subsequent declaration of the state of health emergency decreed by the government in mid-March 2020."
