According to VEJA, in 2017, when the minister was still negotiating a potential plea bargain with the Lava Jato task force in Curitiba, construction company Camargo Corrêa passed on R$1 million to Gleisi as part of a deal to bury Operation Castelo de Areia in the Superior Federal Court (STJ).

Odebrecht transferred R$2 million to the leftist through slush funds and Léo Pinheiro’s OAS
disbursed R$800,000.

It is the first time that a Supreme Court document provides specific contours to the main front of the denunciation of former Minister Antonio Palocci closed with the Federal Police and approved by Justice Edson Fachin, head of the Lava-Jato in the Federal Supreme Court (STF).

This document discloses that the agreement signed by the former Federal Supreme Court Justice has 23 annexes, which address twelve politicians, including former ministers of state, legislators and former legislators — in addition to major corporations.
