Brazilian airports registered 37.8 million passengers in 2021
RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – From May 2021, after overcoming the second wave of COVID-19, Brazil’s skies began a growth streak that accelerated from August with a substantial increase in the supply of flights by companies operating in the country. And, of course, this evolution was accompanied by the increase in supply mentioned above. According to the company, take-offs and landings were 799,056, which means 26% more than in the previous year, when 633,896 operations were registered.
