RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - President Jair Bolsonaro said that the leaders of the United States (Joe Biden), France (Emmanuel Macron), Canada (Justin Trudeau), and the United Kingdom (Boris Johnson) "corner Brazil all the time" over the Amazon.

In an interview on Friday (20), the head of state defended his visit to Russia on the eve of the start of the war with Ukraine, saying that Russian President Vladimir Putin has always expressed himself in the sense that the Amazon forest is a matter that must be dealt with sovereignly by Brazil.
