JBS, WEG, Porto, And Others Announce Significant Financial Moves
JBS (JBSS3) announced its U.S. subsidiary, JBS USA Food Company, started a $500 million tender offer to repurchase senior notes.
The offer includes 6.500% notes due in 2029, 5.750% notes due in 2033, and 6.750% notes due in 2034.
By last Tuesday (June 25), investors had validly tendered and not withdrawn $2.729 billion of the notes.
The pricing of the notes will occur on June 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM (New York time). JBS USA Food Company plans to finance the purchase of the notes with cash on hand.
WEG (WEGE3)
On June 25, WEG’s board approved a R$263.3 million JCP payment, or R$0.062764706 per share.
They will consider the payment, based on the June 28 shareholder position, “ex-JCP” starting July 1. They have scheduled it for August 14, 2024.
Porto (PSSA3)
Porto approved the distribution of JCP worth R$204.8 million, corresponding to R$0.31910862668 per share.
The company will individually account for the JCP credit for each shareholder based on the final shareholder position on June 28, 2024.
It’s management will set the payment date, and the AGM reviewing the 2024 financial statements will approve it.
Kepler Weber (KEPL3)
Kepler Weber’s board of directors approved the payment of interim dividends totaling R$30 million, equivalent to R$0.16975888 per common share.
The payment will be made in a single installment on July 10, 2024, based on the shareholder position on June 28, 2024.
CSU Digital (CSUD3)
CSU Digital, a leader in Brazilian digital payment solutions and services, approved a R$6.5 million JCP payment.
The payment will be made on July 11, 2024, based on the shareholder position on June 28, 2024.
