Ibovespa Rises as Brazil’s Congress Approves Fiscal Package

The Brazilian stock market showed resilience this week, with the Ibovespa index staging a comeback. Internationally, US markets reacted to new economic data, reinforcing expectations of monetary policy easing by the Federal Reserve in 2025. The Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) index, a key inflation gauge, rose 0.1% in November, below market projections.
