RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The cruise company claims to have worked together with the Brazilian authorities to organize the season, however, last minute delays in the approval of international cruises to Brazil have forced Costa Cruises to revise the itinerary of its Costa Fascinosa ship.
The obstacle for the season is that Brazil is still not allowing international navigation, as cruise ships are only authorized to operate in Brazilian jurisdictional waters.
