Brazil’s Gol sees 26% increase in number of flights in January

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Gol (GOLL4) recorded a 26.2% increase in its total flight offer (ASK) in January, accelerating when compared to the 12-month period ended in the first month of the year, which rose 19.8%.

Its total number of seats grew 29.8% in January, also at a faster pace than the previous 12 months, when it increased 23.2%.

In January, Gol also registered a 29.3% increase in the number of takeoffs, although its occupancy rate dropped 0.7 percentage points, to 82.6%.
