RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – A survey conducted by Voopter, a Brazilian app for comparing airline tickets and promotions, shows that Bahia is today the most popular state to enjoy the last moments of 2019 and celebrate the onset of 2020.
Taking into account the thousands of travelers from all over the country who access Voopter daily, Salvador leads the ranking of national destinations, while coastal Porto Seguro, in the south of the State, also features in the most-searched list.
The app also collected specific data, which list the most popular cities that residents of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Ceará, and Bahia choose to visit for Reveillon.
