Pilot dies after plane crash in Brazil

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Firefighters in the Brazilian state of São Paulo reported Tuesday the second plane crash in three days after a light agricultural crop duster crashed that day in a rural area of the Brazilian region of Registro, killing the 70-year-old pilot, Nilton Cesar Silva Romero.

According to the agency, the crash was reported in the early hours of the morning in the Brazilian locality while the aircraft was disinfecting banana plantations in the Vale do Ribeira region of São Paulo state.
