RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Petrobras on Monday, December 20, announced that it signed a contract with Ubuntu Engineering and Services for the sale of its full stake in the PAR-T-198_R12 concession, located onshore in the Parana Basin for US$31 million.
The PAR-T-198_R12 Concession is located in the far west of the State of São Paulo and was acquired in the 12th ANP Bidding Round in 2013, currently in its 1st Exploratory Period and with the Minimum Exploratory Program (MEP) commitments fully met.
Petrobras holds a 100% stake in the concession.
