Former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) criticized Wednesday (22) the statements of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) that he will make new boundaries of indigenous lands.
According to the former head of the Executive, the action would represent the end of agribusiness in the country.
The comment was made in a lecture in Florida, in the United States, where Bolsonaro has been since December 2022.
"Proportionally, I don't know any country with more reserves than we do. There are more than 400 requests to mark new indigenous lands; if 20% of that is granted, agribusiness in Brazil . . .
