In a video posted by supporters on social networks, President Jair Bolsonaro, candidate for re-election by the Liberal Party (PL), reinforces his invitation to celebrate on Wednesday, September 7, the 200th anniversary of Brazil's Independence.
"I invite Brazilian families to go to the streets to celebrate 200 years of our Independence. In peace and harmony, let's salute our Independence," says the president in the video posted by Congresswoman Carla Zambelli (PL-SP).
In the message, Bolsonaro highlights his presence in Brasília and Rio, but supporters also prepare celebrations in the São Paulo capital.
