AEW Monterrey is set for Wednesday 9 December 2026 at Arena Monterrey in Mexico, and tickets are on sale now. It is the first visit to the northern city by the US wrestling company All Elite Wrestling, known as AEW.
The AEW Monterrey night produces two television shows, with Dynamite live and Collision taped for later. In the United States, Dynamite airs on the TBS cable channel, so fans can watch from home or travel.

What AEW Winter Is Coming in Monterrey Is
AEW is a professional wrestling company based in Jacksonville, Florida, and its chief executive is Tony Khan. Its two weekly television shows are Dynamite and Collision, and both are part of the Monterrey night.
Winter Is Coming is an annual December special that began in 2020, the site Wrestling Inc reported. The first edition saw Sting debut and Kenny Omega win his first AEW World Championship from Jon Moxley.
The 2025 edition was staged in College Park, Georgia, for Dynamite and in Cardiff, Wales, for Collision, the site Fightful reported. Fightful called the Monterrey date AEW’s first non-Grand Slam event in Mexico.
AEW held Grand Slam Mexico at the Arena México in Mexico City in 2025 and 2026, Wrestling Inc reported. AEW Monterrey is therefore its third Mexican show and its first outside the capital.
Fox Sports México reported that the poster for AEW Monterrey shows Andrade, Bandido, Thunder Rosa and Persephone. The daily La Crónica adds Kofi Kingston and Austin Creed to the names on the official poster.
No matches have been officially signed, Wrestling Inc reported on 9 October 2026. It did confirm that matches from the 2026 Continental Classic, AEW’s year-end tournament, will take place in Monterrey.
For US readers, AEW Monterrey offers a television taping in a new country, with Mexican stars from AEW’s roster. Mexico City has its own lucha libre scene, the local style of masked wrestling.
Schedule and Times in Monterrey and US Eastern
AEW’s event page and the SuperBoletos listing both show AEW Monterrey on Wednesday 9 December 2026 at 6:30 p.m. CT (18:30). CT means central time, the clock Monterrey uses in December.
In December, US Eastern time is one hour ahead of central time. So 6:30 p.m. in Monterrey is 7:30 p.m. in New York.
The page does not say whether 6:30 p.m. is when the doors open or when the first bell rings. Until the arena or the ticket seller publishes a schedule, treat it as the time to be in your seat.
Two shows are planned for the same night at AEW Monterrey. Dynamite is live on Wednesday 9 December, while Collision is taped for Saturday 12 December, Wrestling Inc and the daily Publimetro reported.
Because Dynamite is live, results will spread online within minutes. Fans who plan to watch Collision on Saturday should stay off social media until then.
How to Watch in the United States and Mexico
In the United States, AEW Dynamite is shown on TBS, according to Fightful’s report on the 14 October 2026 edition. The company has not yet published the US start time for the Monterrey show.
The announcement does not name the US channel for Collision on Saturday 12 December. Check the TBS and AEW schedules in the week of the show for both air times.
In Mexico, the broadcaster Fox Sports holds the television rights, MVS Noticias reported. The daily Posta reported that the Monterrey show will be broadcast live for international television.
A ticket buys what television cannot, which is a seat for both shows. Fans at home see Dynamite live and Collision days later, while the arena crowd sees both shows live.
Tickets and Prices in US Dollars
AEW Monterrey tickets are sold through SuperBoletos, according to Fox Sports México, Wrestling Inc and La Crónica. AEW’s events page links its ticket button to a SuperBoletos page for this show.
Two outlets, Infobae and MVS Noticias, named AEW’s own Tix portal instead. To be safe, start from the ticket link on AEW’s website and avoid sellers you cannot verify.
A presale for AEW Insider members opened on Tuesday 13 October at 10 a.m., the daily Consulta Monterrey reported. General sale began on Friday 16 October at 10 a.m. Mexico City time, AEW said in its own post.
Consulta Monterrey reported AEW Monterrey prices from MXN 502 (about US$27) to MXN 9,504 (about US$515) for the All Elite VIP package. US$ figures here use about MXN 18.44 to the US dollar, the rate on Wednesday 21 October 2026.
The VIP package includes early entry, a front-row ringside seat, an exclusive lanyard and photos with AEW championships, Consulta Monterrey reported. AEW’s events page also lists combo, meet-and-greet and photo-op options.
SuperBoletos says its authorised sales points are listed only on its own website. It takes no responsibility for other platforms or sellers, according to its terms of sale.
Its customer service answers from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday, on central Mexico time. Fox Sports México expects a full arena, so check availability before you book flights.
Arena Monterrey and How to Get There
Arena Monterrey is at Avenida Francisco I. Madero 2500 in the Centro district of Monterrey, according to the venue’s website. The site is run by Zignia, which also lists Arena CDMX and Arena Guadalajara among its venues.
The city’s airport is Monterrey International Airport, which the airport group OMA lists with taxi and car-rental information. Pick a hotel before you buy a ticket, since the arena is in the city centre.
The arena publishes a list of banned items for events. It includes food and drink, cameras, umbrellas, selfie sticks, tablets and computers, and bulky bags and backpacks.
Cigarettes and vapes are also on the list, as are drones, helmets and strollers. Medicine is allowed only with a doctor’s prescription and in small amounts.

Safety and Costs for US Visitors
The US State Department rates Mexico Level 2 of 4, “Exercise increased caution”, in an advisory issued on 29 May 2026. For Nuevo León, the state around Monterrey, it also says to exercise increased caution due to terrorism, crime and kidnapping.
Travelers driving between the US border and Monterrey should avoid travel after dark on the listed highways, the State Department says. It reports armed robberies and carjackings on these roads, including in daylight.
Drivers whose route crosses the states of Coahuila or Tamaulipas should read the separate guidance for each. Flying into Monterrey avoids the border highways altogether.
Americans need a passport book to fly to Mexico, and it must be valid at the time of entry. Most travelers also need a tourist permit, called an FMM, which air travelers receive in digital form at Mexican international airports.
A visa is needed only for stays longer than 180 days, according to the State Department. Anyone carrying more than US$10,000 in cash must declare it on entry and on exit.
After a night show, arrange your ride before the last bout and keep your hotel close to the arena. Carry a copy of your passport and keep a second copy of your ticket.
What Is Not Confirmed Yet
AEW has not signed any matches for AEW Monterrey, and the poster names are only a guide to who may appear. The full card is expected in the weeks before the show.
No doors time, bell time or US air time has been published for Dynamite or Collision. The channel for Collision in the United States has also not been named.
AEW’s own event page does not give the Saturday 12 December air date for Collision, which comes from Wrestling Inc and Publimetro. It also does not say whether AEW Monterrey will stream in the United States.
The price range comes from one Mexican daily, and the ticket page may show different amounts or sold-out areas. Confirm prices, seat zones and the arena’s entry rules on the SuperBoletos page before you pay.
