Former VP Mourão says Lula is fucking with Brazil

Former Vice President and Senator Hamilton Mourão (Republicans) came out in defense of former Minister of Justice and Public Safety and also Senator Sergio Moro (Union Brazil) regarding a speech made during an interview given by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT).

In an interview with TV 247 on Tuesday (21), President Lula recalled his imprisonment because of Operation Lava Jato – headed by former judge Moro – in Curitiba and his resentment.

He even said that when prosecutors visited him in his cell to ask if everything was alright, he would reply, referring to Moro: “Everything is not alright. Everything will only be fine when I fuck this Moro”.

About this statement, Mourão that when Lula says he felt like “fucking” Moro, he shows “all the contempt for the Democratic State of Law.”

“When the president of the Republic aims to ‘fuck’ a magistrate who has fulfilled his function, he shows all his contempt for the Democratic State of Law. In reality, he is ‘fucking’ his country,” the senator said in a posting.

In response to the President’s speech during the interview on the same day, Moro said that Lula “wants to take revenge on the Brazilian people.”

“My interpretation is that the President is avenging the Brazilian population. The government has not been delivering the results.”

“He said he was going to have barbecue and beer for everyone, and we see, in fact, negligible economic growth […] The government started with a great fiscal lack of control, R$200 million in losses,” Moro told CNN.
