The event will take place from March 11 to 27 and counts with the participation of young singers and instrumentalists from several countries, selected and funded by the renowned Internationale Bachakademie Stuttgart.

I congratulate Erickson for his selection and wish that his talent takes him further and further. Let the world know the musical quality that we have in Goiânia through musicians, singers, and instrumentalists, who, like him, stamp on their chests the satisfaction of being a music professional.
“This is the third time I have participated in the selection process, and I was selected to travel and compose the Festival Choir representing Brazil. During the festival, we have classes with Bachakademie teachers, rehearsals with the choir, orchestra, and soloists conducted by renowned conductors of the ancient music scene in the world. For me, it is an honor and a responsibility to represent my country abroad. Taking the name of our Symphony Orchestra of Goiânia to the world, of the Symphonic Choir of Goiânia, of which I have been part since 2012, is a great emotion. I am going, and, once again, I will do everything with great pride,” says Erickson.
