Neighboring countries contributed to approximately 78.7% of inbound tourism, with Chile being the leading source, followed by Uruguay and Brazil.

Outbound tourism from Argentina also increased, with 795,100 residents traveling abroad in May, a 35.6% increase compared to the same month last year.

Among them, 490,500 were tourists and 304,600 were excursionists.
