RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Bolivian president highlighted on Twitter the healthy relations between the two countries and sent a "fraternal greeting" to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
For its part, the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation praised the meeting, "the course for the comprehensive strengthening of Russian-Bolivian multilateral ties was reaffirmed," it added.
