RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Minister of Defense, Jorge Taiana, led in the city of Ushuaia the ceremony to start the construction of the new Integrated Naval Base, which aims to strengthen the national presence and continue expanding Argentina's development and logistic capabilities in Antarctica and the South Atlantic.
