RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Ex-President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (Worker's Party - PT) said yesterday in an interview that he believes PT have all the prerequisite conditions for President Jair Bolsonaro not to be re-elected in 2022.
