New government online tool facilitates business registration in Brazil and already accounts for 60 startups

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In little more than a month, about 60 new startups have been opened through a new tool called Inova Simples, created by the federal government and supported by Sebrae. The information is from the Ministry of Economy.

Through an online platform, accessed via the gov.br portal, the entrepreneur can obtain his CNPJ registration soon after applying. It is valid for companies that are "creating or improving new services, products, systems, and businesses or improving existing ones," it says.
