The expectation of the A.Yoshii Group, a builder and developer that operates in the high-end market, is to expand its staff in 2023, with the opening of more than 100 vacancies in the administrative and operational segments.

The construction company is already among the largest employers in the city of Londrina in the state of Paraná in 2022, according to Codel (Londrina Development Institute).

“We were motivated to observe that we are reaching our goals following a mature and balanced management, based on our essence and philosophy of work, which is valuing people”, says A.Yoshii’s Human Resources director, Aparecido Siqueira.
