Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Philadelphia based DJ, producer, composer and rapper Diplo will be making a special appearance tonight at Fosfobox in Copacabana. Tonight’s exclusive show is brought to you by the folks of the Wobble Crew, who are known for their variety of funky dubstep and breaks.
Diplo began as a DJ known as Hooked on Hollertronix. His sets, were described as cohesive, natural, and complete. Diplo built ” The Mausoleum” video studio, recording studio, and record label office, which recorded such artists as Christina Aguilera, Shakira and many more. With his established sound, Diplo was approached to produce beats for M.I.A., which only solidified his status. Since then, he has propelled himself to the upper ranks of musical success.
